If you want to learn how to create products and services that solve real customer problems, then join us at this hands-on workshop. We will use urban transportion models as our case study: uber, lyft, divvy, bike lanes.
Design Thinking is a framework that creates new value when one is able to bring three intersecting capabilities together. In this workshop we will use a real life example of how to (1) discover real human needs, (2) evaluate the technology capabilities to solve these needs, and (3) evaluate the feasibility of implementing.
