In part two of my interview with John Berry, we talk about one of the most important concepts in Design Thinking—the immense value of discovering and meeting the needs of people. This is key when problem solving: seeing the needs and meeting them, which is another way of saying that empathy is the vital first step in the Design Thinking process.
